ZUCCHINI PIZZAS (serves 4-6):
1 large zucchini
1 cup of your fave pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Wash and slice your zucchini. Place slices onto a baking sheet and add a spoonful of pizza sauce to each slice. Then, sprinkle on mozzarella cheese until the surface is covered. Bake for 10 minutes (or until cheese is bubbly and golden), and devour! Yum!
