Excited about this one!!! It's remarkable what a frozen banana with nut butter dipped in chocolate can do to you. I'm not kidding, guys - you're going to want to check this recipe out! There's no skill level required, and only 3 SIMPLE INGREDIENTS are needed. So...you can probably make frozen banana bites right now! The only bad thing about this recipe is that you have to wait for it to freeze. But it's worth it!! Frozen Banana Nut Bites with Chocolate: 3 bananas your choice of nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, sunflower...) dark chocolate chips Slice your bananas - it's OK if they're a little thick. Spread your choice of nut butter onto one slice and stick another on top, like a little sandwich. Freeze for an hour. (Or you can finish up the next day). After your banana with peanut butter is frozen, dip (using a fork or spoon) the banana into dark chocolate. A double boiler or even a microwave works well to melt the chips. Then, freeze again until you're ready to serve. (If you're ready now, stick the banana into the freezer for 5-10 minutes just to let the chocolate harden a bit). Before devouring, let thaw for a few minutes...then ENJOY :) Photos and recipe by: Ashley
