I made this tasty little breakfast over the weekend and it was just. So. Good. Seriously, you have to make this! (It's the easiest thing ever too!!) It's just a fried egg with avocado, cheddar cheese, and salt and pepper, but somehow the combination is AMAZING. This breakfast will give you healthy fat with the avocado and cheddar and protein from the egg. So let's get to it!
Easy Avocado Egg Breakfast
1 fried egg (I like mine over medium)
sliced avocado (about 1-2 Tbsp.)
shredded cheddar cheese (about 1-2 Tbsp.)
a sprinkle of salt and pepper
Grease your pan. Crack the egg and let cook for about 1-2 min on one side. Flip, and repeat on the other side. Once it's cooked to your liking, turn off heat and put in on your plate with salt and pepper. Finish with avocado and cheddar cheese. Enjoy!!
