Ok, so this is my most favorite drink ever...and I'm finally sharing it!! This is an amazing after-school snack, post workout drink, or breakfast treat. But if you do eat this for breakfast, make sure you pair it with oatmeal or something else! You'll still be hungry with just a smoothie, and it isn't enough for your body. This drink is super simple with only 2 ingredients! The main power of this is obviously the kale, so load up on it. Kale is absolutely amazing for you! 3 cups kale 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice (no added sugar!) 4-6 ice cubes Add juice and kale and blend in a high-powered blender. (If you need more liquid, add water.) Add ice and reblend. Serves 1-2. ENJOY~ Picture and recipe by Ashley

This smoothie was outstanding! I couldn't even taste the kale! I added a banana and it was a nice touch.
