Cauliflower breadsticks. Yesss. You got that right. Today your minds will be blown with some major-veggieness-deliciously-cheesy basically Little Ceasar's BREADSTICKS. And who doesn't love breadsticks?! Breadsticks may just be one of my favorite things to eat, no joke. ALSO: To all the gluten-free people out there, you're in luck! The pureed cauliflower takes the place of real dough in this recipe!!! I discovered cauliflower breadsticks on Pinterest not too long ago and decided to try it out, and it was just too tasty to not feature here on GT. I mean, a healthy spin on a delicious classic?! YAY! I hope you enjoy as much as I did. :) CAULIFLOWER BREADSTICKS For the crust: 3 cups cauliflower florets 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese 2 eggs 2 garlic cloves 2 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. salt For the top: 2 Tbsp. butter 2 cloves garlic 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup parmesan cheese Marinara sauce for dipping!
