Today we're going over the rainbow...with a smoothie! You'll be eating almost all the colors with this healthy and hearty drink. It makes a great snack, addition to breakfast, or post-workout treat.
This recipe was inspired from my favorite smoothie shop - Sip. (Visit www.siporganicjuicebar.com). It's right down the street from me, and they have a smoothie that tastes similar to this one. I ordered that smoothie at Sip, and my family liked it so much we created our own version! Now you can "taste the rainbow" with this smoothie, too. I hope you like it! (And pssst. Over The Rainbow Smoothie is VEGAN! Yay!)
Over The Rainbow Smoothie (serves 2-4):
Put all the ingredients into the blender (in the order above). Blend on high until smooth and creamy, and pour into glasses. Enjoy! Drink up!
