Meet Mr. Zucchini, the star of the show. You'll just need one fat zuc, unless you really want a lot...?
Slice your zucchini into nice, thin pieces.
You'll need some mozzarella cheese as well. (Yep, I was really proud of this pic. Cool, right?!)
Place the sliced zucchini onto a pan, and get ready to be #sauced!!
It's time to get saucy! Use a spoon to put a dollop of pizza sauce on (not too much).
Now sprinkle on some cheese and...
Voila! You're done! See how easy that was?? Enjoy your simply living, clean eating meal! :)
ZUCCHINI PIZZAS (serves 4-6):
1 large zucchini
1 cup of your fave pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Wash and slice your zucchini. Place slices onto a baking sheet and add a spoonful of pizza sauce to each slice. Then, sprinkle on mozzarella cheese until the surface is covered. Bake for 10 minutes (or until cheese is bubbly and golden), and devour! Yum!
