Bite-size, zucchini pizzas that you can just pop into your mouths? Yes, yes this is actually happening. You got it. Make this healthy snack or dinner (along with something else) today! A thin slice of zucchini acts as our "crust" here, so if you're gluten free you have nothing to worry about. Anyone can join in on the fun here (if you're dairy-free just substitute for a dairy-free cheese). So let's begin!! (Remember to scroll all the way down to the bottom for the exact recipe and instructions). Meet Mr. Zucchini, the star of the show. You'll need just one. Slice your zucchini into nice, thin pieces. You'll need some mozzarella cheese as well. Place the sliced zucchini onto a pan. It's time to get saucy! Use a spoon to put a dollop of pizza sauce on (not too much). Now sprinkle on some cheese and... Voila! You're done! See how easy that was?? Enjoy your simply living, clean eating meal! :) ZUCCHINI PIZZAS (serves 4-6):
1 large zucchini 1 cup of your fave pizza sauce 1 cup mozzarella cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Wash and slice your zucchini. Place slices onto a baking sheet and add a spoonful of pizza sauce to each slice. Then, sprinkle on mozzarella cheese until the surface is covered. Bake for 10 minutes (or until cheese is bubbly and golden), and devour! Yum! Pictures by: Ashley Recipe inspired by Pinterest
