In November of 2016, I started my blog. Now, a year later, it's still going strong and I could not be happier!! To celebrate, make this DELICIOUS vegan funfetti cupcake recipe. Seriously, it doesn't even taste vegan (tell your vegan friends)!! However, if you don't have vegan butter or soy/almond milk, you can just swap it for regular butter and regular milk. It'll still turn out fine, and the rest of the ingredients are normal. Let's get started!!

Actually, this recipe just doesn’t call for eggs. It still rose without them! This recipe does use vegan butter, though, which you can find at any store (or use regular butter). You can throw in an egg or two if you wanted.
