Happy St. Patty's Day! I thought this was a perfect "Green" Teen treat for today. You'll be in the tropics with this Key Lime Smoothie. Have some fun and mix it up! Maybe graham crackers would make a nice key lime "pie" taste...?
Key Lime Smoothie (serves 2-4):
2 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
3 Tbsp. canned coconut milk
juice of 2 limes
1 cup milk of your choice!
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Now...dream of some warm weather... :)
