Are you craving a sweet Valentine's Day treat? Try this all-natural, strawberry cream smoothie! Seriously, you'll be on cloud 9 with this sweet drink. It's delicious, and there's not even refined sugar! What could be better?!

Strawberry Cream Smoothie (serves 2):
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 cups milk of your choice (regular, skim, soy, almond, coconut, etc.)
a drizzle of honey or agave nectar, if desired
OPTIONAL: 1-2 teaspoons of protein powder for extra energy (I added Maca powder in mine)
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses, and enjoy your sweet and healthy treat! Happy Valentine's Day. :)
