It's delicious, and there's not even refined sugar! What could be better?! Surprise that special someone in your life (or special someone's) with this smoothie today! Strawberry Cream Smoothie (serves 2): 1 cup frozen strawberries 2 cups milk of your choice (regular, skim, soy, almond, coconut, etc.) a drizzle of honey or agave nectar, if desired OPTIONAL: 1-2 teaspoons of protein powder for extra energy (I added Maca powder in mine) Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
